GTJA-Allianz is the first Sino-foreign joint venture fund management company approved to be established in China. Currently, its two shareholders are Pacific Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Allianz Group, in German.In the end of 2016, I was admited to join the Supreme Court of China as a visiting scholar, participating in the drafting work of several cross-border judicial documents, with regard to the "One Belt, One Road Initiative", the Yangtze River Economic Zone, and so on.

In addition, I was the main drafter of a series of rules and regulations, e.g. Provisions on Strengthening the State Secrets Protection and Archive Management Work Relating to Overseas Issuance of Securities and Listing (2009), and Regulatory Guidance on Application Documents and Review Procedures of Overseas Issuance and Listing of Shares by Domestic Companies(2012).In Feburary 2014, I wan invited to join the Task Force for Securities Lawunder the PRC's National People's Congress(NPC). I worked for the project for more than one and a half years leading two subgroups, and the most valuable contribution is the framework of cross-border issuance and trading of securities, and investor protection of the PRC Securities Law.During that tenture, I accomplished a postdoctoral research programme at Nankai University School of Economics.
