As a member of the Progress Monitoring Report (PMR) team, my work focuses on the monitoring and evaluation of Sovereign Guaranteed (SG) projects during the execution phase. It is an integral part of the overall implementation of the IDB's Development Effectiveness Framework (DEF).

Aa a core member of the MapAmericas project since its pilot phase, my work focused on improving the way IDB showcases its results and transforming the way we collaborate on the work of executing and monitoring operations with internal and external clients.

From intern to consultant for the the OAS/PAHO joint project: Consumer Safety & Health Network (CSHN), I worked to help launch and mainstream this new initiative that seeks to enhance the protection of the health and safety of consumers in the Latin American region.

• Served as primary instructor for 9 sections of basic Spanish courses, including Elementary Spanish, Intermediate Spanish, and Intro to Spanish Grammar.
• Assisted in lesson and assignments designing, grading homework and exams.
• Worked with a senior teaching assistant in writing a revised version of the department’s Spanish Proficiency and Placement Exams, which was later used by the department.
