Use tool: Tableau, MicroStrategy and Power BI► Schedule the ETL job and report refreshing in hourly/daily/weekly and monthly. use tool: GCP(Google Cloud Platform)/UC4Below is part of projects that I worked on: ► Complaint Quality Assurance: use Llama model to verity the quality of teammate response to customer complaint. ► CIP(Customer Identification Process)/KYC(Know Your Customer) testing and monitoring: get the exceptional case of CIP verification process, such as the violation of date of birth, address and supplemental merchant information. ► Incident management: find low-ranked incident in case teammate do it purposely to avoid attention from upper-level management. ► PSD2: test the SCA(Strong Customer Authentication) factor to ensure at least 2 factors applied when doing authentication.► Employee Repopulation: after Covid-19, what’s the strategy to populate office with employee on site.► PET SLA: PayPal Escalation Tool Service Level Agreement analysis.

Lead GOBI(Global Operation Business Intelligence) migration and transformation project (15 team members). As the first project Pactera served for Paypal, and I am the first employee who onboarded as Technical Project Lead role. My responsibility includes below: ► Coordinate with Paypal product owner who based in US. Understand the requirement and implement with team members. ► Hire new team members, the roles include business analyst, data architecture, ETL developer and report developer. ► Be familiar with Paypal technical architecture ASAP and guide team members do development.► Research the solution for technical and business problem and enhancements. ► Manage the project using agile practice. During GOBI migration phase, we migrated 45 Subject Areas, 1100 tables, 450 final tables, and the technical work includes below: ► Migrate application from windows to unix. ► Replace windows job scheduling with UC4 Automation Engine. ► Replace windows .bat with UC4 job plan. ► Replace windows fast load script to UNIX one. ► Adapt the long GOBI .sql with EDW standard. ► Transfer SSIS package into Teradata BTEQ Script to perform ETL work. ► Replace some common windows .vbs tools with UNIX shell script: ► File exception checking ► csv to html converter ► Send mail with/without attachment. ► Testing to make sure the migrated ETL can produce the same result with original GOBI. During GOBI Transformation phase, we do below features with the guidance of EDW standards: ► Integrate dimension extension table into EDW dimension table (work item queue extension, employee extension…) ► Update RCR (ReContact Rate) facts to include Live Chat, not only email and phone. ► Include new Avaya instance in outbound calls ► Money Transfers Data Model Refinements ► Call back measure

► Level 4 support of BI Application FDWe(Finance Data Warehouse EMEA):If there is issue which need to change code, then my team is responsible for finding the root cause and doing bug fixing. If new enhancement come, my team is responsible for Design/Development/Testing and Implementation. During this project, because of the big data volume and long time running of this application (10 years), I acquired a lot of Oracle performance tuning best practices. ► DTS-SSIS migration project:We migrated 215 packages during 2 months by 3 engineers.During this project, in technical area, I contributed a reusable oracle package to decrease the testing time from 1 day/package to 0.5 Hour/package.In project management area, I collected DTS-SSIS migration effort metrics to help future project to do better effort estimation for similar project. ► eBI(Enterprise Business Intelligence) project:In this project, my main role is leading BO(Business Object) team enrich new features into eBI and support existing features. I also develop BO universe, Webi and crystal reports. ► Formula Project: As the Project Leader, I lead team member do SSIS/SSAS development.► Qlikview developer of Sales operation configure/price/quote.
