I worked as a business analyst on Real Estate (US) and Financial (UK/US) projects from discovery to development.

In my role as a business analyst, I worked on two projects in the Health Care & Life Sciences industry (US). I was involved in building the products from scratch and successfully launching them.

Concurrently managed multiple projects as both project manager and business analyst in diverse domains, including US FinTech, US Automotive, and Japan Online Booking, while also participating in pre-sales.

I worked as a Business Analyst (BA) and Project Manager (PM) for a consulting company's project that involved creating data analytics products.My responsibilities included:- gathering and managing requirements;- creating a product roadmap and project plan;- acting as a Scrum master for the development team;- communicating with stakeholders on a daily basis;- coordinating between teams to support production releases;- conducting user interviews to gather feedback on the developed product.

I worked as a BA/Project Coordinator on a project in the digital retail industry, with the following responsibilities:- Conducting requirements elicitation and analysis, creating user stories and tasks, prioritizing and tracking changes;- Communicating with the customer, stakeholders, Dev and QA teams, and working onsite with the client when required. I also assisted with communication between our distributed teams and the customer;- Assisting with the Project Manager role, working closely with the Dev Lead to estimate and plan the development team's work, and responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, and reporting development progress to the customer;- Creating user and technical documentation;- Collaborating with designers to create wireframes and creating wireframes when necessary;- Preparing and conducting presentations, demos, and walkthroughs for the product;- Managing and administering JIRA projects and workflows; - Conducting User Acceptance Testing.

During my time on the project, I was in charge of overseeing all testing activities and leading the QA team. These activities included:- Planning and estimating the amount of effort required for testing;- Conducting acceptance testing for UAT and release;- Keeping track of the release versions of the application and tools that were developed by the team;- Creating test documentation such as test plans, test cases/scenarios, and reports;- Manually testing all parts of the application, including functional, non-functional, UI, web, end-to-end, web service, and API testing;- Identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs until they were resolved;- Investigating and addressing production issues and support requests;- Providing training to junior QA staff on the project.

Assisted customers with services, hardware configuration, contract terms, troubleshooting, and feedback reporting.
