Since joining Microsoft in 2009, I've had the opportunity to lead and innovate within the UX domain, significantly contributing to the development of enterprise services globally. My role encompassed a broad range of responsibilities, from system design to the hands-on creation of user-centric services, influencing both product strategy and execution.Key Responsibilities and Achievements:- Microsoft Managed Desktop Conceptualization: Successfully led a team of 34 designers across various product teams to conceptualize the first design of Microsoft Managed Desktop. - Microsoft Fluent Design System for Enterprise: I was at the forefront of integrating the Microsoft Fluent Design System into enterprise scenarios, creating cross-platform design systems tailored for complex and dense experiences. My leadership in this area not only contributed to the evolution of the companywide design system but also enhanced the usability and coherence of Microsoft's enterprise products.- Leadership in Microsoft Remote Desktop (RD) Design: Spearheaded the UX design of Microsoft Remote Desktop, a key revenue generator with a contribution of $1.24 billion in FY16. My work encompassed designing intuitive and accessible interfaces across iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and HTML5 clients. The service has been instrumental in enabling remote access and management of Windows environments for enterprises and SMBs, driving significant cost savings and operational efficiency.My tenure at Microsoft has been characterized by leading transformative design projects that have not only advanced Microsoft's design capabilities but also delivered substantial business value.
