● Produce a preliminary millwork package for commercial projects such as commercial lobbies, senior living complexes, and presentation centers that require submission of client permit drawings.● Checking the BC Building Code for the project, including the mailroom, ramp area, lobby, and accessible restroom, verifying material and appliance specs with the project manager.● Participated in project meetings to review specifications and plans for completeness, constructability, and coordination. 3D modeling with Microvellum and CAD for CNC fabrication. ● To ensure accuracy and problem-solving skills, plan, discuss, and coordinate improvements and changes to cost estimates with project managers and the shop manager. ● Ensure that all project documentation is current and easily accessible.● Provide material usage info and track the status of each work order and service order.● Assist others in meeting deadlines by having a team mentality and being prepared to go straight into high-priority tasks.
