- program/project management of NOKIA LTE/5G RAN/CloudRAN projects;

Responsible for new release publish for Open MGW (ATCA HW, Linux-based):- Product release planning and customer maintenance roadmap management for global customer; - Leading for new releases planning, execution and SW publish for Open MGW products, covering all related sub-projects, e.g. SW development, I&V, Customer Documentation, customer pilot, etc; - Responsible for Open MGW pilot and rollouts in global customers, and setup cross-team/sites task force to resolve urgent customer issues; - Customer support projects and global SW maintenance projects;

Responsibility for software development projects for Open MGW product (ATCA HW, Linux-based).- Project planning including requirement clarification, scope definition and interlock with other stakeholders (Architect, Integration & Verification, Customer Documentation, etc);- Control and follow-up of the SW implementation procedure; - Lead different kinds of task force among multiple R&D teams in different sites, e.g. Hangzhou, Oulu, Bangalore, etc; - Support for new product rollouts in global customers (Vodafone, CMCC, etc);

- Act as scrum master and team leader of OAM HZ team, key interface with counterparts in Germany and Finland;- Track team's progress of each sprint to meet product milestone;- Coordinate and follow-up technical issues in OAM area of ATCA MGW with HW/SW platform in other sites;- Software design and implementation (C/C++/Python) in HW synchronization, performance management, configuration management, HW diagnostic areas, etc.;

Design and implement UI-based test automation tool for Aglient 8960 equipment.

Assist to propose an IMS-based patent(Presence-Calendar application based on IMS), and implement demo application, including the SIP client, server needed.
