After the reorganization of oversea business. I'm technical director of Feinno Rich Communication Suite(RCS) SDK and application. We make a cross platform RCS client SDK which support Android, iOS, WP, PC, Mac, Linux. And also we make an Android application base on this SDK. Mainly work:- Create a development team to finish the RCS SDK and app.- Cross platform RCS SDK support almost all the operation systems.- Customize Lua virtual machine, made the SDK commercial safe, and thread safe.- Finish a clojure-lua compiler based on the clojurescript, we compile the clojure code to lua.- An production level RCS application which supports Android 4.0+ with tiny resource consumption.

Including: R&D, Operation, Product Design, QA.- Organize over 10 departments to delivery oversea.- Create a new 50 person team to support the project delivery.- Report VP, support VP to make the oversea projects specification.

I'm the manager of Fetion backend services. Mainly focus on the services supports the mobile client. In the mean while I'm the architect of the Fetion backend service, I am the designer of the Fetion's version 5 service architecture. During one year, I finished:- The brand new architecture of Fetion backend services. - New protocol of the mobile client IM software, which make the client software performs much better especially under the poor networking condition.- Contribute to the Feinno App Engine, Feinno Redis(a feinno's fork) many core components of the backend services.- A new Message Queue to subsitute the MSMQ, 60K QPS, 400M message every day.
