Serving as a senior product engineer, I'm responsible for the life-cycle management of fan-less industrial box PC for vehicle & surveillance applications by closely working with RD, marketing and regional sales team.

DELBio Inc., a Medical Electronics arm of DELTA Electronics Inc.As a PJM, I spend 70% of working hours on managing development projects of respiratory measurement devices with key responsibilities as follow:** Scheduling and controlling development projects** Cooperating with a R&D team for new product development** Acting as liaison between stake holders (RD, QA, FA, ES, RA and suppliers) for product developmentAs a marketing specialist, I conduct market research for generating product strategies while prepare marketing materials for sales team.Achievements:1. Successfully established the respiratory measurement product line by developing and managing 7 models to grow annual revenue to USD $ 1M in 2.5 years. 2. Developed a strategic partner in USA for ultrasound products and expect to contribute annual revenue of USD $4M.3. As New Business Development (NBD) program member for DEBio, I have initiated product strategies and defined business model for DELBio by cooperating with IBM consultants.

Corporate R&D Center, e-Paper Display (QR-LPD)I was mainly cooperating with a digital content team for commercializing e-paper display technology by developing a digital content platform, conducting in-depth market research, formulating business and financial model as well as new invention and patent search.I have also managed a joint-research project with the Lab of Learning Technology of NTHU.

As a financial analyst with Foreign Trade Online, an internet start-up, I mainly collaborated with the founder in developing a business plan, financial model and in-depth market research for fund raising from venture capital.

As assistant store manager I have coordinated with the store manager in managing a team for daily operations including inventory control, shift scheduling, new staff training, order management and product promotion.

In this exciting two-year military service, I was coordinating with an senior officer managed the training, appraising and transferring of 400 officers in the division while being the Internal and external liaison in cross-department coordination, arranging meetings and maneuvers; other tasks including processed and filed official documents, managing database and upgraded computer systems.Accomplishment: Completing the merger of two armored divisions.

In this junior position, I have worked closely with the general manager for developing new customers and maintaining close relationships with suppliers while carrying out product quality control, quotation, price negotiation and terms of transaction.
