Member of Group HR Management TeamHR Shared Services has a group scope and is organized in three teams; HR Advisory, Recruitment and the Apprentice Program. Our team of dedicated and passionate HR Advisors and Consultants support the Group with a wide range of Transactional HR services, whilst the Recruitment Team provides end-to-end Talent Acquisition & High Volume Recruitment services worldwide. Our Apprentice Team manages and coordinates the approximately 130 apprentices currently in the program.

As Head of Recruitment in Norwegian I am leading the talent acquisition team and have the overall responsibility for the strategy, planning, and execution of all recruitment and TA activities in the group.
