Hello everyone,I am studying now Bioprocess Development at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. My bachelor's degree in biotechnology gives me a strong background in biology and chemistry, as well as additional skillsacquired through laboratory work in microbiology, biochemistry, and physical chemistry.I had the opportunity to work my practical semester at Beneo-Palatinit GmbH, where I participated in the process optimisation of sugar production. This project involved data analysis and the use of automated laboratory equipment. For my bachelor's thesis, I worked at the Institute of Microbiology at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences. My bachelor thesis is about the isolation of novel roseoflavin-producing Streptomyces species from a Berliner soil sample.
