I am a professional with +9 years of experience in project management, service development and partnership management. In my current role as a Scrum Master, I am developing digital solutions for social and health care sector. Utilizing agile methodologies, I guide an agile team towards delivering customer-centric outcomes. My commitment lies not just in effective process management but in fostering a collaborative environment and a positive team dynamic.Before my current role, I have been managing and developing youth housing services in cooperation with a network of more than 100 stakeholders around Finland. My development portfolio included e.g. new operating models, service concepts, service paths, strategy work & future forecasting. In addition, I was developing and acting as main user for a new digital support service for youth. Earlier I have been working in various project management and communications' roles mostly in NGOs and public sector. As an employee, I am goal and development oriented and enjoy solving problems.
