1. Developed a high-resolution impression acquisition system for forensic scientists, lowering the measurement time from 1 hour to 5 seconds. 2. Built superfast (e.g., kHz) 3D imaging system and proposed an automatic motion error compensation algorithms to reduce motion-induced error by 80%.3.
