Co-founded Restaurang Trädgården, a pop-up restaurant launched in June 2018 with a team of seven. During our month-long opening, we served 500 guests and generated £20,000 in revenue. In September 2020, we reopened for a three-day charity event, raising over £10,000 for the Swedish Children's Cancer Fund. Our efforts were featured in local press, Nacka Värmdö Posten and Mitt i Nacka, highlighting us as young entrepreneurs. It was a valuable experience centered around teamwork, hospitality, and giving back to the community.
