I am an educator turned DEI professional in the accessibility space, seeking to make the world and workforce more inclusive of the Disability Community. In my roles at home and abroad, I have found opportunities to hone skills in program facilitation, evaluation/assessment, and project development. An avid learner, I frequently delve into new resources and perspectives so that I can more effectively communicate my ideas and interests. In my career, I hope to maintain the intersection between my curiosities and my desire to be an agent of change. I use frameworks from both public health and education to assure that my work is human-focused and process-centric.I am particularly interested in issues surrounding workforce development, physical and digital accessibility, combatting ableism in its many forms, universal design, diversity and inclusion, and the driving forces of social norms.
