Health and fitness is my passion. Having graduated from a degree in Exercise Science studies in February 2024 and working as a qualified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, I have a keen interesting in developing my skills and knowledge within the sport, fitness and health industry. I am an outgoing individual who thrives working in face to face roles amongst others and loves to help motivate and inspire others.My varying experience in different roles has developed strong communication skills and rapport building, ability to effectively adapt to specific workplace environments and a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively and cohesively with others.Since commencing a career in the fitness industry, I have been able to work across a variety of environments conducting both group and individual reformer Pilates classes as well as heated Mat and strength based classes. This includes tailoring to both class styles as well as private sessions with customised to clients goals, fitness levels and specific needs and limitations. This has really solidified my passion of working alongside and helping others in an individual setting.As a legacy ambassador for the Robert Connor Dawes foundation, I have engaged in charity promotion through personal outreach, creating community engagement and developing partnerships. In addition to assisting in fundraising and promotion of charity through public speaking events including media and government events. This experience has created an interest in advocating for Brain cancer initiatives from sharing my personal experience and developed my interest in public speaking events.
