As a Knowledge Management student assistant, I contribute to the development and operationalization of knowledge management frameworks, focusing on enhancing knowledge flow across people, processes, technology, and governance.

As a student assistant in Digital Development at Finansforbundet's marketing department, I worked as the main web designer and content creator for the company website, assisting the product owner with project management. My primary focus was always on optimising and improving all aspects of my work. My role involved cross-departmental collaboration for content curation and creation, optimising and conducting administrative tasks related to personnel data, material archiving, and knowledge sharing. I was also responsible for creating manuals and documenting new releases and existing features of the website. Additionally, I recruited users across various target groups for user testing of said new releases.

As a teaching assistant, I create teaching materials and facilitate presentations, workshops, and exercises on digital design from beginning to end. This includes covering methods and tools for ideation processes, design springs, and user testing, as well as tools for IT project management and requirement specification for development. Additionally, I support students by supervising their projects and conducting feedback sessions on their assignments and projects.

As a student assistant at Next Uddannelse's digitalisation team, I assisted in the design, development, and project management of Studica, a collaborative project with KMD. My responsibilities included collaborating on design choices, conducting user testing, and facilitating expert interviews. I documented progress during agile sprints, created manuals, and wrote internal newsletters. Additionally, I was responsible for the design and content creation of the company website, and supported GDPR maintenance, among smaller duties.
