As a COO of a startup company, I'm responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and working with the CEO to implement the company's long-term strategies. This can include managing budgets and financial planning, developing processes and systems to improve efficiency, building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
