Heading the ERP programme to ensure successful implementation of Microsoft D365 ERP solution for Finance, HR and Indirect Procurement in DFDS for 100+ entities. Providing value through clear governance, communication, and a strong programme team of more than 50 collegues to support the core transformation of the new Digital Back Office implementation for DFDS with support and changes to 200+ high level business processes and re-implementing 70+ system integration. Initiated a dual roll-out strategy to increase implementation speed.

In this position, I hold the role as Digital Fulfilment Manager which means that I am responsible for driving the IT Service delivery for Digital, e.g. assuring that there is sufficient IT delivery capacity and capability to fulfil all agreed requirements and agreed headroom/-scalability. Moreover, I manage a team of seven IT specialists who drives the continuous delivery and support of our CEM solutions, Office 365, our intranet and our Freight front-end solution.

I hold the overall IT application responsibility for our Finance and People Division. This includes management responsibilities for six IT consultants.
