I love helping people feel better. I am a wife and mother of 3 boys ages 8, 10 and 16. Every day, I put together supplements for my kids, husband, and myself. Health is priceless, and I truly love and believe in what I do. I started in this field at age 19, in post-op surgical care in a hospital. I witnessed things that changed the course of my life. The human body has a miraculous ability to heal itself, given even the smallest amount of help. The patients weren’t being fed supplements, or getting good food, but they would heal anyway. I realized how much more our bodies could do when given quality food and nutrients. I applied these principals to myself first. I had been chronically ill. I had mono at age 15 after an appendectomy. I got strep throat at least once a year thereafter. One day, a doctor told me he could not give me any more penicillin. He did me a big favor. I went to an herbal pharmacy, and bought Echinacea. This was my first supplement. I became conflicted as to what I should pursue…med school, or nutrition. I admired Dr. Earl Mindell, considered the “Father of the Nutritional Revolution”, because I had read a few of his books. Through serendipitous events, I was able to meet with him, and on his advice, started studying holistic nutrition. My journey has provided me extensive experience in clinical nutrition, physiology, and herbal medicine. I have worked in hospitals, gyms, doctor’s offices and with major supplement companies. I have been able to train alongside accomplished doctors in clinical nutrition, biochemistry and physiology. My approach is ground floor up. When fundamental nutritional requirements are addressed, symptoms start to disappear. The programs I give my clients are based on symptoms, blood work, health history, and genetics. Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA) is a system of testing the body's various organs and glands using the bi-digital o-ring muscle test, (BDROT). I studied this method for more than 11 years directly with CEO Dr. Robert Marshall, PhD, DACBN. The Premier Center was an alternative medicine clinic specializing in a wide range of chronic illness and health concerns. Our focus included sleep, digestion, liver and gallbladder detoxification, fatigue, weight loss, muscoloskeletal pain, physical scars and traumas, and dental health.

Premier Research Labs is one of the premier supplement manufacturers in the U.S. Their Los Angeles based clinic (The Premier Center) is a satellite of the headquarters in Austin, TX. The Premier Center is an alternative medicine clinic, specializing in addressing complex health problems through nutritional consultations and kinesiologic muscle testing. In addition the clinic also operates a detoxification and rejuvenation spa. My job consisted of managing all areas of the operation, including relocation and overseeing construction on a new building. I primarily booked and screened clients, wrote nutritional programs for clients, handled all manner of personnel, inventory, and accounting, as well as daily operations and marketing analysis.

Microcurrent therapy delivers small amounts of current, that mimic the body's natural current, to the tissues. The equipment used is the Electro-Acuscope and the Electro-Myopulse. The Acuscope monitors nerve conduction between the two electrodes placed on the body, and sends out a complex waveform that mimics a nerve impulse. The Myopulse measures the bioimpedance between two electrodes, and uses a sine wave that mimics a muscle contraction. Microcurrent was originally developed for equine use. Horses that had this therapy would recover faster, and less horses had to be put to sleep after major injuries.
