I am a consultant, relationship coach, writer, speaker, and artist, using my story to inspire your own escape from relational crazy-cycles. I help you find sanity and authenticity along your way while you seek to build a life you love being a part of. I received my Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in December 2012 and have worked as a consultant and coach specializing in high-conflict relationships (including narcissistic/emotional abuse), women's issues, marriages and families, and leadership. Having done my internship at an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment center, I am also familiar with substance abuse/addiction treatment and counseling. I am currently working alongside Dr. David Hawkins at the Marriage Recovery Center, where I specialize in working with high conflict couples, and relationships wracked by the trauma of emotional and narcissistic abuse. I also provide help to navigate therapeutic separations, separations that do not lead to reconciliation, divorce recovery, and staying well even when the marriage isn't ideal. I meet virtually with clients all over the world for group work and individual sessions. I also provide 2-4 day intensives in person at my Raleigh, NC area office.
