I served as a technological advisor, leading the IT operations, infrastructure and services for the entire group (more than 50+ countries). I established Enterprise business essential application combining all Quality players into a single platform to track all services, including Testing, Quality Control, Certifications, etc.As part of the M&A process, I was involved in the IT integration and migration of a prominent Australian testing firm process with SgT IT systems. I was known for automating the SgT business process, including the use of CRM, MS Navision, and other HR and financial technologies, from Sales to Operations to Finance and customers, in a cloud environment. I initiated and designed a Digital strategy which covers digital branding, web marketing and the integration of mobility into our customers.I centralised the IT team in Asia and shifted it from a cost centre to a strategic business partner, increasing client acquisition and retaining existing customers.
