As a PMO at Alum Eshet, I manage large scope and long-term projects by planning and organizing tasks, creating detailed Gantt Charts and Dashboards (MS Project, Monday, Power BI, Excel), tracking and controlling budgets, resources, and working closely with different teams like engineering, manufacturing, procurement, installation. I focus on coordinating between the teams, risk management, quality checks, and clear reporting to ensure projects run smoothly and successfully.

Responsible for the management, planning, and execution of customized projects for the company's clients. The role includes overseeing all stages of the project, from procurement in Europe, logistics, inventory management, finances, planning, and production, to proper and accurate installation on-site, while maintaining budget, timelines, and high-quality standards.I work with systems such as SAP, Excel, and MS Project to monitor and track project progress. I collaborate with diverse teams, including IT, designers, suppliers, and clients, to ensure that the projects are executed according to client requirements and expectations.

Competed professionally in Israel 1st Division and the French League, demonstrating leadership and teamwork under pressure. Represented Israel in international competitions, developing strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
