In this period Santander Consumer Bank bought GE Money Bank. Reorganization, restructuring, alignment and downsizing were my main tasks. My manager became manager for the office in Bergen and I became Assistant Manager for the office in Stavanger. In additional to this responsibility my task were as in my previous position.

• Responsible for selling Top temp’s services• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes by cooperating with hiring managers based on needs • Complete recruitment processes including screening of candidates, interviews and reference checks• Work strategically to attract and win the best talent in the market• Guide and train hiring managers on best practices within recruitment; assessment, project/process management and a good candidate experience• Targeted search to build candidate pools • Take ownership, implement, and follow through recruitment campaigns
