I am a project manager. My experience includes leading projects, programs, and portfolios of complex and high-volume initiatives. I have done this as part of a PMO, as a consultant, and as part of a team improving project governance. In each capacity, I build relationships with the stakeholders and seek to retain their buy-in throughout the execution to maximize their satisfaction with the deliverables.My expertise is in strategic planning, client service, and continuous improvement.     As a Process Management Consultant, I moved into the private sector to take the role focused on evaluating and improving operational processes for a consulting firm. I report to the ownership team in this remote role that leads the company-wide initiatives.     After completing my MBA, I joined the quasi-governmental agency in the Project Management Consulting division.
