I felt stuck in an unsatisfying job at 60, but then I climbed a mountain. Mr. Kilimanjaro, in fact. I always knew I could do hard things, but this really tested me. And it triggered my deep desire to do more, see more, fear less. Four months later, I moved to Istanbul, Turkey, a decision that pushed me like nothing else had. That's when I decided to really LIVE my next 30 years fully, fearlessly, authentically. Blinders about my own life fell. And now, I'm more aware of old patterns in others, the ones that hold them back.
