I am Frederik De Loore, engineer with a passion for (civil) technics, project management and interpersonal skills.In 2003 I graduate as an industrial engineer electromechanics - electrotechnics.I start my career as a service engineer in the industry and auto-motive sector.On the field, on site, a good experience as a young starter.Soon I develop a strong interest in project management.At the EHSAL Management school in Brussels I follow a study in project management.The basis of this study is the PMBOK® by the American PMI institute.I start as a full-time project manager electricity in the building industry.I learn that a good project manager combines the use of a lot of competences to make a project happen, to make a project a success story.I want to improve my soft skills (coaching, communicating, collaborating,...) so I take on a new challenge by leading the technical department of the OCMW of Ghent.Together with my team of 50 people we maintain the 30 buildings located in the city of Ghent.I learn that as a leader I can only accomplish the companies goals by motivating and inspiring my team.Necessary skills for a project manager.In 2018 I decide to focus my professional career entirely on project management.As a freelancer I want to support companies by taking on projects and coordinating sites.
