Smart Building AssistantThe project is the universal app for business infrastructure automatization. Focused on displaying large amounts of various kinds of data. The app is rich in non-trivial forms that require complex validation. On this project, I was able to:• Initiated and led the technical debt reduction workflow.• Initiated and led migration of the project from JavaScript to TypeScript. Resulted in the improvement of developer experience and the reduction of feature-testing bugs.• Initiated and led a major refactoring of the application. Managed to improve development speed, user experience, and app reliability by using modern tools such as react-query, react-hook-form, and yup.• Created a components kit based on the design, which improved development speed and decreased the number of inconsistencies between the app and the design. • Collaborated with scrum master to create a new development workflow. Resulted in establishing better communication between developers, designers, and the QA team.• Developed several core features such as role access control; visualization of the position of tracking devices in a building; and navigating visitors through the building.

Media-content platformThe project is a media platform for content creators. The app allows users to share photos and videos, live stream, and discuss the content in private and group chats. The whole project was done in a very tight timeframe.• Developed a frontend application for the media platform using Next.js, enabling private/group chats and live streaming from scratch.• Integrated third-party services for streaming (Dolby.io) and chatting (Stream.io)• Collaborated with the backend developer to design an API to minimize integration effort between the frontend and the backend.• Worked closely with the customer to identify project priorities and refine tasks. • As a result, the MVP was created within a very tight timeframe, including all required features.

Internet bankingThe project is the internal infrastructure services of the online bank. Each service is split into a micro-frontend and contains many forms requiring complex validation. During my time on the project I:• Led rebuilding of the legacy service to the modern stack. Recreated the service with the latest version of the internal UI kit, TypeScript language, and tools such as react-query, react-hook-form• Covered each change with unit and e2e tests according to the strict development policy.• Maintained more than ten microfrontend services.

Insurance company operator's workplaceThe main tool for working with clients and partners of the insurance company. Includes many non-trivial multi-step forms with complex user input validation. Requires high availability because it serves critical business processes.• Initiated adding to the project e2e tests built using Playwright. Analyzed bug reports and covered the least reliable pages with tests, which improved service availability.• In cooperation with colleagues, initiated the migration of the application from a self-written framework to open-source libraries. Dropping the framework saved resources on developing, maintaining, and documenting it.• Led the migration of the application to the new design. The redesign of the app improved the user experience, resulting in a higher app rating.• Maintained and improved a React-based in-house created framework • Interviewed candidates for a frontend developer position. One of the candidates became part of the team.

Streaming platform that specializes in health-related content. The platform consists of a CMS, a streaming site, and a static site with general information about the project.• Led development of all frontend apps from scratch.• Integrated the apps with the third-party video hosting platform. Extended functionality of the video player provided by the platform.• Refined requirements from the customer. Managed and led junior developers. • Led porting of the streaming app to the TV platform (Tizen).

Online galleries platform. Consists of a CMS for galleries and a public app for viewers. Allows galleries to upload and display huge high-resolution images. • Led development of the frontend apps. • Designed a system for delivering high-resolution images with minimal delays. This system instantly delivered a set of high-resolution images to thousands of viewers simultaneously.• Mentored and led developers who assisted in the development of the CMS. This helped both frontend applications to be completed on time.

VR real-time streaming platform. The product gives the ability to stream 360° video to several participants who can watch the stream via VR headset, PC, or any mobile device.• Built the frontend app from scratch.• Integrate the Kurento WebRTC client and A-Frame lib to display video stream in a VR headset.
