On a second track kickstarting a new project on the redesign of a Roster Planning system.In the midst of designing a new Incentive & Allowance system with HR users as the main stakeholder.I partake in the end-to-end design process as a solo designer, doing the following:• Conduct research to delve deep into both user and business needs• Create research artefacts such as Personas, CJMs, and User Flow to define and scope requirements• Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders to ideate on solutions • Prepare wireframes and prototype for usability testings and continuously refine the designs• Document screens and collaborate with developers to ensure product is desirable and feasible• Develop and maintain the design systemPrior to the above, I worked with the Terminal Planning Systems team to develop features within an enterprise product that reduces friction and help users with their work more efficiently.Ad-hoc:• Marketing material, poster design
