In charge of routine drilling operation of four rigs, delivery of completed detail design and provide operation support, coordinate the drilling resource.Work Responsibilities: o Coordinate with subsurface team on SOR development and subsurface requirements to achieve optimized wells’ trajectory, casing & completion program; o Provide engineering support to the drilling operations and ensure the delivery of well objectives is in compliance with relevant policies and regulations. o Delivery of detail well design, including casing design, drilling fluid program, P&A program, BHA program and well cost.o Discusses with reservoir and production engineer for drilling targets and drilling sequence o Provide support to well planning and operation, which include analysis the drilling parameter, drilling cost control, evaluate the technology for bidding.o Delivery of contingency design and materials, include fishing program, cement program, casing design, BHA program. o Delivery of end of well reports for the rigs including bit records, lesson learnt NPT analysis and optimization recommendations.o Evaluate rig and third parties’ service and equipment capabilities for procurement.

Delivery of completed detail design and provide operation support to one appraisal Deep Water drilling campaign (include 3 HPHT wells) by Semi-Sub Rig in Timor Sea.

1) Ensure proper implementation of HSE policies and other relevant policies & regulations as applicable to rig operations, no accident & incident during offshore time on duty. 2) Delivery of construction of 16 producers and 5 injectors, including P&A drilling and completion for 12-1/4” open hole side track and 9-5/8" cased hole side track, all producer completed with frac pack, all injector completed with sand control and selective injection.5) Delivery of workover to replace ESP pump for 12 producers and re-complete 2 injector wells to change injection from commingle to selective with sand control screen, successfully solve 2 cases of casing;Work Responsibilities:o In charge of all rig activities, responsible to supervise offshore drilling, completion and workover operations, drill and complete wells safely and efficiently, meet all designated objectives; o Responsible for all HSE aspects of the drilling, completion and workover operations on the platform, ensure all of the operation be conducted in compliance with relevant policies and regulations.;o Delivery of onsite document such as daily operation instruction, string tally, daily operation reports and logistic forecasts;o Keep rig in good conditions, ensure both online and offline operation moved forward smoothly without any interruption;o Manage all of the contractors involved worked together effectively as one team; o Work on Materials arrangement to ensure all personal and equipment is correctly ordered and is available in a timely manner, control cost for rig operation and related in economical way; o Work with Production Operations personnel to minimize Production downtime and coordinate resources in the field. Responsible for all simultaneous operations on the platform while the rig is working; o Evaluate equipment, services to enhance operation performance, monitor and surveillance the actual daily cost, incorporate lessons learned to enhance learning efficiency of the organization.

1) Delivery of detail well design and well construction for one wild cat well by Jack-up rig in Bohai Bay, work as the night drilling supervisor for the well from rig taking over to rig handing over; 2) Delivery of conception design for 20 wells on new offshore platforms including the wells’ trajectory, casing & completion program, coordinate subsurface team to optimize targets and drilling sequence to achieve optimized production rate with minimum well cost for new platform.3) Delivery of detail program for batch drilling of surface section of 20 wells on one new offshore platform and prepare for pre spud, analysis the drilling hazards in new platform, and provide optimized drilling parameter to drill the well within limitation of platform rig; 4) Delivery of detail drilling & completion program and materials for one Cutting Re-Injector (the first well on new platform), work as the night drilling supervisor for the CRI well;5) Provide support to well planning and operation for 4 platforms, which include analysis and recommend the optimized drilling parameter to improve ROP, drilling cost control, evaluate the technology for bidding.6) Finalized scopes of work for tenders and evaluation of tenders for multilateral technology;

responsible to well planning and operation, which include collect G&G data, drilling design, rig choosing, well schematic, Drilling Program, Notice to Proceed Work（choose contractor such as Fishing, coring）, AFE plan and procurement. Discussed and negotiated with geologist to finalize the target and formation evaluation program, discussed with PE engineer to finalize the well testing program.1)Prepare detail program for drilling & testing for 2 wells by Jack-up rig in Malaysia Exploration and Appraisal Team, which included one appraisal and one exploration;2)Prepare the detail drilling & completion program for one observation well for Enhanced Oil Recovery Department, completed well construction, the well took 3 months from prepare the sourcing document for Jack-up rig & supply boats, drilling & completion program and materials to hand over well to EOR department, 3 months earlier than management expectation ;3)Prepare detail drilling program and cost estimate for 2 development wells in MASA project, Prepare the document for sourcing the rig and drilling materials.4)Involved in detail drilling program for 2 development wells with dual completion string in production zone and one workover well in EWR project, completed the final well reports.5)As member of service quality audit team, audit and monitoring the operation, inspect and push to improve contractor’s personnel profession capability and equipment reliability, directional drilling and MWD/LWD performance have been improved obviously, NPT and MTBF has reduced, mud motor MTBF has been pushed to be longest record around operator in the same operation area even.
