As a Partner - HR Solutions, I work with clients across various industries to design and implement customized HR programs that align with their business goals and culture. I leverage my credentials as a Professional in Human Resources and a Senior Certified Professional to provide expert guidance and coaching on best practices, HR compliance, and talent management. In addition, I have a strong track record of leading and facilitating workshops on topics such as employee engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. I am also the Head of Human Resources at BHL Group, a leading land and property development company where I lead a team of HR professionals and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including HR compliance, talent acquisition, employee wellbeing, compensation, performance management, learning and development, employee relations and WHS. Furthermore, I am a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at UDIA NSW, a peak industry body that represents the urban development sector in New South Wales.
