Expertise-comptable et Accompagnement de la direction financière des PME / ETI sur les divers projets- Tenue et révision d’une portefeuille composée principalement des filiales françaises au sein d’un groupe international- Mise en place et tenue du reporting vis-a-vis du groupe situé à l’étranger.- Externalisation des comptes consolidation / Assistance dans la production des comptes consolidés;- Diagnostic Finance et amélioration des processus;- Accompagnement post-acquisition- Choix et mise en place du nouveau système de la comptabilité, de la consolidation et du reporting

Main competency and achievement: commercial and entrepreneurial mind; polyvalent and reactivity; communication skill and persuading abilities; strategic overview.- Ensure the financial director’s position during a transition period (2 months, manage a team of 40 pers with 5 direct report)- Financial controller working closely with the operational:o Financial analysis en the profitability of all projects ;o Proposal of the actions plan to improve the existing process and follow-up of the actions;o Set-up the new reporting for the projects follow-up or the actual and projection’s analysis purpose

In charge of the groupe reporting and consolidation department with a team of 10 persons. Guaranty the accuracy and on time delivery of the group management report - P&L untill operating income and Financial income at J+7 and BS and Cash Flow statement at J+11.

Main competency and achievement: deep understanding of retail store and operating process (merchandise, expansion…); auditing skill and logical sense; communication skill and persuading abilities (dealing directly with CEO and CFO to conclude the audit findings and action plan commitment); management skill (head of a team of 10 auditors) in the international environment.
