As an Planning Executive, I am directly involved in managing and overseeing tender submissions, documentation, and project proposals. My role includes the preparation of detailed business and project proposals, as well as the creation of impactful presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.I am an expert in the E-Perolehan system, responsible for overseeing the EP system for two companies. My position also entails continuous communication and collaboration with government bodies (EPF,SOCSO), ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships.Additionally, I play a key role in staff recruitment, ensuring that the right talent is brought on board to support the company's strategic objectives. My expertise spans across business development, regulatory communication, project management, and talent acquisition.

Crew management include the responsible for the planning of the crews on board the vessels in conformity with the defined crewing and vessel policies. Subsequently, ensure timely reporting, explaining and analyzing of crew related costs for the respective vessels:* Crew management of a vessel holding a contract servicing Marine Department of Malaysia in transporting, delivering and repositioning pilot buoys.* Crew management for DSV Mega Bakti, a submarine rescue vessel, contracted to the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) since September 2020 until present.

Responsible for supporting office management of 15 staffs, including managing employee records, drafting employment agreement, leading in recruitment, management of leave, processing benefits claims, communicating with goverment bodies (EPF,SOCSO) and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
