I support the organization that develops various products & experiences to protect young people from harm on Instagram. Our work includes safety products such as amber alerts, safety settings; age verification experiences; and child safety offense detection & enforcement.

I support two teams within Instagram Well-being, as well as Instagram Integrity XFN programs.- Safety Foundation team's mission is to provide common building blocks for building safety experiences on Instagram. - The team provides developer platforms for effortlessly creating feature blocking, informing & captcha experiences on Instagram. - The team built & optimizes common safety products experiences, such as "action blocked", "content removed", "content might be graphic", "verify your phone number" etc.- Ecosystem Safety team's mission is to discover and prevent abuse of unknown vulnerabilities in the Instagram ecosystem. - The team develops protections against COVID & vaccine misinformation on Instagram. - The team builds system to source and highlight emerging safety risks within Instagram ecosystem.- Instagram Integrity XFN programs' goal is to standardize how product groups across Instagram can protect their product features against Integrity issues and utilize work of central/foundation teams who specialize in certain Integrity solution space.

I worked on IG Site Integrity team then later IG Integrity Platform team, with the mission to minimize abuses on Instagram.- Shipped the first version of Instagram's contemporary Fake Account ML Classification.- Created Developer Platform for building frictional user experiences for potential abusers- Created set of developer APIs for ML & rule-based abuse classifications- Led a small team of engineers to enhance abuse detection on IG and to improve underlying systems

Develop modules and systems for many kind of automation, in particular large-scale testing, online store monitoring, counter/log data analysis and auto-repairing.Developed web service for store scale testing.Developed system for store access auditing.Developed system for live data consistency monitoring between stores and cause analysis.Prototyped near real-time counter data correlation using Apache Spark, Apache Cassandra and Apache ZooKeeper.
