Supporting Sr Operations Manager

Scheduled/coordinated all appointments/travel/appearances of the County Mayor, organized monthly Commission meetings & corresponding meeting packets for 18 elected County Commissioners, supported 7 elected officials, extended professional administrative services to all county employees reaching out to the Mayor's office as well as any citizen that visited the Mayor's office. Also prepared meeting packets for monthly Committee meetings for the Rules & Legislative Committee, the Law Enforcement Committee, and the Courthouse & Property Committee. Took meeting minutes for all 3 Committees & readied them for the following month's Commission meeting packets. Coordinated all maintenance/repairs for the courthouse & the annex. Ensured the Mayor's office remained within budget. Submitted PO requests to Finance for all expenses for the Mayor's office. Appeared at public events on behalf of the Mayor's office, among several other duties.
