Brought in to the Bank to manage the delivery, test and implementation of three SAP SuccessFactors modules: Succession Planning, Recruitment Management and Recruitment Marketing. This involved daily management of implementation partner (HCL) alongside internal subject matter experts and expert specialist consultants. As well as managing the selection of a new partner to implement Recruitment Marketing through a competitive tendering process.Managed the design, build and implementation of a new data warehouse framework for storing Human Resource and payroll data from the Bank’s existing SAP and SuccessFactors systems. This involved designing a new set of standards for extracting the data into a middleware enterprise service bus to enable it to be shared amongst other system services requiring the same data.Currently running two other projects:- redesigning and rebuilding the company intranet providing a modern, informative and social platform for all employees- procurement and then subsequent implementation of a new system to manage all of the meeting room, working spaces and desk bookings across 40 sites.

As part of Project SMART which upgraded the BBC version of SAP to ECC 6, I worked in partnership with Accenture to agree ownership and timelines for deliverables which could be tracked on the work stream project plan. Designed and implemented processes for monitoring progress of contractual software enhancements being delivered in quarterly releases by Success Factors.Identified, tracked and managed cross work stream dependencies, ensuring delivery would meet requirements from both a quality and timeliness perspective.

Working as part of the Workplace Refresh Project team I was responsible for defining the requirements gathering process in order to understand the impact of a desktop refresh on approximately 5000 users. The solution for each business team was documented and approved ensuring that the change was implemented with the minimal of disruption to each team. Managed Accenture resources to ensure the delivery against the requirements for each team were as defined, whilst acting as a key contact for the business back into the project team.
