I have worked as a Property Manager in Lettings organising Maintenance works and in Office Management in Financial Services, Property Management and the construction industry. Main duties included planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes. Recruiting and training personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.My current position in Lettings is a busy role managing well over a thousand properties co ordinating and managing on going maintenance for properties and communicating with tenants and landlords. Dealing with new issues sometimes emergency maintenance which requires swift action.
