I am interested in organizational issues affecting nursing such as teamwork effectiveness, emotional intelligence, relational coordination, compassion fatigue, organizational citizenship behavior, resilience, and transformational leadership. I am also passionate about assisting patients with their psychosocial needs. I am specifically interested in the topic of resilience and creating interventions to support the patients and families ability to "bounce-back" after illness. Palliative is also a passion of mine, which dovetails nicely with my interest in teamwork and psychological resilience.
