My strong interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills have contributed to effective management of teams and high levels of staff development in my career. I am committed to supporting people to explore who they really are and grow to be the best that they can be. I am enthusiastic about working in creative and innovative ways with a strong personal commitment to my own learning and learning from others, and giving space and time to enable thinking and listening to support creativity and innovation for best outcomes. As a trained and experienced coach I am committed to updating my own knowledge and skills and maintaining a high level of professionalism. I attend regular supervision. My coaching style draws on a variety of theoretical backgrounds and am currently exploring The Paradoxical Theory of Change and how this relates to coaching and change in individuals and organisations. Firmly committed to Human Rights, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion I have experience of working in cross cultural and multi - lingual settings across Western and Eastern Europe and world- wide through the facilitation of on-line study circles.
