Monk Industries, formerly MTD, has served the military since 1981. We are a family-owned business in East Tennessee which manufactures steel stakes for the military, commercial, and retail markets. Provided parent training for Department of Children's Services foster parents including PATH, CPR/First Aid, and Post Approval courses for resource parents in the Knox and Smoky Mountain region. Conducted and wrote home studies for prospective resource parents completing required pre-approval training.

Provided pre-custodial/in-home/intensive therapeutic intervention and probation services to juvenile offenders who were on "suspended commitment" (commitment to the state is suspended in lieu of participation in this program) to the Department of Children's Services with the goal to keep the children in their home and in the community.
