Most of my commercial design experience is on large-scale interiors projects. I really enjoy the intermingling of the design and the technical aspect of a project along with an attention to details. And all the unique challenges specific to each project. I truly value developing great client relationships situated around communication and accountability; and my hope at the end of the project is the relationships fostered during the project are on-going. Some of the activities I focus on, are participation in team management, contract negotiation, fee proposals, scheduling, and guidance in all phases of a project.
