As part of the Resourcing Team I managed the attraction, recruitment and selection of positions within Business Development, Marketing, Commercial Insurance, Product Management, Sales and Customer Services. This role also involved broader aspects of Recruitment and HR strategy such as employer branding, managing attrition across the business, improving the candidate journey and onboarding experience as well as managing all background functionality of our ATS system. I also led the work to implement our new careers site in 2012 and worked closely with our design agency to implement phase two developments of the site 12 months later as well as a new onboarding site for colleagues joining the business.

I joined Endsleigh in the HR Support Team. The focus of this role was to support the wider team in processing and referencing new joiners, maintaining employee records and resolve enquiries from internal colleagues.This central role gave me insight in to different areas of HR such as Resourcing and Employee Relations and Development.
