Guest Relations.

Managed all day to day operations over 20 sites and lead a team of 100+ staff, on a 24/7 basis. Completed all tendering for commercial sites, winning the Wellington Airport parking, valet & Koru Club contracts. Included analysis of all financial reporting and auditing over $1m per month of cash transactions. Management reporting to CEO based in Melbourne on a quarterly basis.

Short term role working on the internal business systems (brand, process, policy, client onboarding, AP & AR, and CRM for new media and web design startup.

Administration and accounts officer for Wellington, Napier & Nelson Ports (Air & Sea). Processing accounts payable and receivable, FBT, GST, PAYE. Processing, payment and reconciliation of all informant and operational expenses for the National Drug Investigation Bureau. All other office administrative tasks as required by Team Leaders and Management. Created and managed the new PC File Management system operational in Customs Head Office.
