I’m a behaviour change expert who uses coaching to help people make lasting changes at work (and sometimes at home too). I have a background in workplace psychology, with a masters in occupational psychology. Changing the way we behave is often really hard, but is achievable with the right approach. I've worked on behaviour change across all levels of organisations, from front line up to CEO and have experience designing, implementing and leading behaviour change in teams (having led many teams myself).Over the years I’ve seen how powerful coaching can be as tool to effect and embed change, both on a personal and organisational level. I have seen the benefit, experienced the benefit and helped deliver the benefit as a coach. I’ve coached people in frontline roles, through to CEO and I'm accredited to Senior Practitioner Level as a Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.As a coach I draw on a range of tools and techniques, grounded in psychology and my experience, which will change depending on the person I'm working with and what they want to work on. I coach the whole person when I work with people. This is because things that people want to work on can often show up in different areas of their lives, and may look like different things too.
