With 10 years of experience in the learning and development field, I am passionate about designing and delivering engaging and effective learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse learners and organizations. As an instructional designer at UMass Memorial healthcare, I work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create and implement learning strategies and programs that support the mission and vision of the largest health care system in Central Massachusetts. I use my expertise in Vyond Animation Software and Articulate 360 to develop interactive and immersive courses, videos, and simulations that enhance learner engagement, retention, and performance. In my previous role as a learning specialist at BJ's Wholesale Club, I contributed to the development and delivery of various learning initiatives, such as new hire orientation, leadership development, compliance training, and product knowledge.
