Together with my husband, we created a business that provided building services to residential clients offering an end to end service that included plan creation, building specifications, planning permits, project management and delivery. I acted as the Operations Manager, liaising with all office staff as well as bookkeeping duties.

I worked in the family landfill business straight after high school assisting the internal bookkeeper and learning the day to day operations of a business managing 10 sites across Victoria and Queensland. As the company grew from approx. 10 to 100 staff over time, I was quickly able to adapt and learn on the job, providing financial reports, managing EOFY accounts and staff recruitment and management.
