Responsible for managing external vendor relationships including technology, legal, financial, industry partners, and marketing consultants.WOMMA is the official trade association in the marketing and advertising industries that focuses on advancing credible word of mouth marketing. Through developing and maintaining appropriate ethical standards for marketers and advertisers engaging in such marketing practices, industry education and member value; WOMMA advocates word of mouth as a solution to business challenges and a key component in the creation of talkable brands.

Responsible for the development of member recruitment and retention and supporting membership needs and engagement. As a result of initiatives launched during tenure, the membership base increased by 13%.The Association Forum of Chicagoland is the "association of associations" in Chicago representing more than 3,000-plus members.These organizations serve 27 million individual members, have 9 million donors and generate $10.3 billion annually in economic impact.

Managed regional chapters in North America providing chapter training, education, and operational support. Also responsible for membership retention and served as staff liaison for Network for the Needy program.PCMA is the leading organization for meeting and event professionals, representing more than 6,000 meeting industry leaders throughout the globe.With 17 chapters in the United States, Canada and Mexico, its members include planner and trade show/exhibit professionals, suppliers, faculty and students.

Assisted in and managed the development and implementation of strategic marketing and communications initiatives for high profile nationally branded foodservice clients.
