Co-lead the design and implementation of global programs designed to bring new talent into climate change focused talent, nurture existing talent therein, and promote climate entrepreneurship.

- Lead and manage initiatives that grow the leadership development technical capacity across IREX fellowships;- In Leadership Practice portfolio, develop learning and development curriculum for fellowships supporting emerging leaders internationally; - Lead and manage the annual flagship Impact Fellowships Summit and Impact Fellowship Community Network, a growing community of organizations and practitioners that implement fellowships and leadership development programs globally.

• Managed and led Mentorship Program designed to empower law students of color in the appellate field through program that pairs 140 law students of color with two appellate mentors and provides ongoing support, learning, and networking opportunities for students and alums.• Managed all day-to-day program operations, which includes communicating directly with 400+ program participants through individual outreach and programming-related emails; anticipating and troubleshooting challenges that may arise; and designing and implementing virtual and in-person programming for participants, alumni, and volunteers.• Directly supervise Administrative Assistant and manage development, social media, graphic design, and web design contractors to demonstrate impact through social media, newsletter, and web updates;• Build and manage partnerships with volunteers, aligned nonprofit organizations, and affinity groups to share work and collaborate on presentations and programming.

As member of working board, engaged in financial, governance, and strategic decision-making for growing grassroots nonprofit dedicated to creating public spaces free from gendered harassment, including co-leading 2019 Giving Tuesday campaign, the most successful in CASS’s history, and building pro bono partnerships on behalf of organization. Served as board Chair from 2017 - 2019, which involved leading Board and collaborating closely with staff members and volunteer staff to evaluate programming, potential partnerships, and other organizational decisions. Accomplishments during term included:• Significantly diversifying Board in terms of race, sexual and gender orientation, and ability; • Improving Board and organizational infrastructure to improve CASS's health and sustainability; • Overseeing the creation of the Safe Bar Collective.

• Administer nation's largest legal fellowship program, which places 300 early-career public interest lawyers at nonprofit organizations nationwide;• Develop and maintain relationships with 25 law firm, corporate, foundation, and individual supporters, and steward sponsors through all aspects of the fellowship program; • Work with 30 Fellows to craft and implement tailored pro bono projects, volunteer opportunities, and other collaboration with sponsors; • Keep apprised of trends in legal services, pro bono, and CSR;• Identify and implement projects to strengthen program, including developing and launching Learning & Networking program for fellows.

• Represented clients in multi-jurisdictional investigations, complex commercial and antitrust litigation, and white collar criminal defense;• Drafted client advice memos and briefs, engaged in motion practice, and conducted legal research; • Managed junior associates, summer associates, paralegals, and other support staff;• Maintained robust Pro Bono portfolio in the area of women's rights: Represented survivor of military sexual assault in Medical Appeals Board hearing (Protect Our Defenders); drafted appeals on behalf of survivors of domestic violence (DV LEAP); represented employee in pregnancy discrimination case with favorable settlement (The Legal Aid Society).

Researched issues related to feminism and international criminal tribunals for forthcoming publication. Analyzed issues related to human trafficking law.

Researched sexual assault and sexual harassment law in India to further Professor Rosenfeld’s advising of the India-based Justice Verma Committee, which recommended changes to the Indian Criminal Law in order to improve the state response to sexual assault following the widely-publicized 2012 Delhi gang rape case.

• Conducted research on the impact of 2004 Moudawana (family law) reforms on unmarried mothers through interviews with academics, NGOs, service providers, and impacted community, as well as legal and policy research;• Recipient of Critical Language Enhancement Award (CLEA) for Modern Standard Arabic and Moroccan Arabic.

• Volunteered on a monthly basis as clinic escort at abortion clinic, escorting patients past protesters outside clinic;• Organized and facilitated the involvement of other Washington University students in clinic escorting by liaising with clinic volunteer coordinator and managing scheduling and ride-sharing to site.
