I am an experienced, confident and effective Case Manager. I have extremely high standards of customer service and excellent communication skills. I like to develop a team structure with the treating practitioners I work with as a Case Manager, which promotes effective communication, a sound holistic approach to client care and strong relationships with all those involved in any given case. I am an enthusiastic researcher, and have extremely good knowledge of rehabilitation and the associated initiatives by the Government and other stakeholders.
