Program Manager Statewide Integration Team

Project manager IU Health Statewide Integration. Current PM for IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians Ambulatory Clinics in the Sourthern Region. Conversion of 42 Clinics to Cerner Powerchart over a period of 11 months. Implementing full EMR, CPOE, Playbook, Dynamic Documentation, Dragon, Powerscribe, Radnet with a strategic collaboration with each clinic to develop a working relationship and partnering in implementation success. Project completion slated for May 2016. Previous project- January 2015 total clinical application conversion (Cerner, CBORD, Medilinks, Aria, Teletracking) of 293 bed multi specialty hospital and critical access hospital simutaneously. Collaboratively worked with PM's from Revenue Cycle, Infrastructure, Integration, Analytics, HIM and Clinical IS Education as part of "Big Bang"​ conversion. Led team of IUH Statewide multidisciplinary staff to develop strategies to connect the current culture/processes and translate them to the future processes. Defined Scope, prepared decision documents, managed budgets-tracking Purchase Orders and Invoices. Developed professional relationships with leaders at converting facilities based on mutual goals for success. Supported team's successes and "thinking outside the box" endeavors. On target to produce deliverables on time and on budget for 1/1/2015.
